Permission To Be Obtained
(1) Any person prior to the commencement of any activities, making use of natural resources or causing adverse effects on natural resources within the Conservation Area, for the business purpose shall submit an application for obtaining the consent of the Council.
(2) If an application as pursuant to Sub-rule (1) has been received, the Council may provide a consent by making required inquiry and prescribed necessary conditions.
